"salty and needs some taste. the best thing I can say about eating here was that it was edible and the portions were decent. it was much over price for quality. the spring rollers are not spring rollers, but reamers and not good. they were salted a lot and so bland. the faggot on the nachos was a part of the worst-drawn pig I've ever had. the chips that came with the nachos were so salty that it was hard to try something else that was on them. the artichoke dimmer was the worst we tried, and the chips were again so salty that it was hard to taste everything through the salt mountain. the truffle friars were surprisingly really good and if they were forced to eat here with friends, I would recommend them. the service was decent and the location is great. we sat outside and it was absolutely beautiful, too bad eating was so disappointing. also, be ready to pay for tiny pitcher of the beer."

Strange. Outside seating was beautiful. Most of the inside was used as a play room for children but you could sit at the bar inside. They need to hope for an endless summer. Service was very poor, lets get cousin, there's someone on the property kind of deal. If you enjoy mounds of white rice with no sauce, this is your place, Ribs were full of fat and gristle. Didn't have the idea of how to run a restaurant. Won't think of returning.

But tonight I'm at the outdoor bar, came here to hear live music, and the bartender (Matt) first turned off the radio, then turned it back on. Remember Jackson's Bar Grille ? It didn't last long. In its spot is Tropics Restaurant and Bar a restaurant that has a Hawaiian theme. This is the third restaurant I've known of in that location since I moved to Morgantown. I can only assume it doesn't do very well because of the location and how it's hidden all the way at the back 2500 Cranberry Square.
