"Decent overall... They didn’t have the donut bread pudding I wasn’t blown away by the bayou pasta; it was average, if that. The sauce is somewhat bland imo. That was the reason for 4 stars… on the other hand, the price of food is excellent! All of the items are very inexpensive. The cheese logs were tasty and my friend says the alligator bites were delicious!Edit: My pasta had sat by the time I took the first bite and all of the sauce was on the bottom. I mixed it, but not thoroughly. After fully mixing it, it was a completely different bite! Perfect kick!! (Changed my 4 to a well deserved 5)"

The zydeco shrimp salad was delicious. One of the best salads i ever ate. And they make it big with a lot of shrimp. The service is fast and great too.

Lot's of TV action, went for a Saint's game. Enjoyed waffle fries loaded. Huge mozzarella sticks a delicious salad and adult grilled cheese. Hey yummy side of onion rings also. Staff was good and attentive, I enjoyed myself.

This was my first time to Walk-On's. I totally enjoyed it. The restaurant looks fabulous. The Staff is very friendly. I had the Cajun Steak and Potatoes. The steak was done perfectly. I really loved the twice baked potatoes. Oh and the Beer was nice andcold. I will differently be going back there again. View menu

When we got to Slidell, most restaurants were already closed for the evening. So, we went here. Service was fine, but the food was terrible. This is all fried, bar food. I will never be back Just know what you are getting into if you go here. I guess people go for the large amount of tv's so if you want to watch the game, try it. Just avoid eating much!

Service was amazing! I ordered crawfish etoufee. I expected it to be a bowl size but instead I got a kids portion which was not specified on the menu. I pictured my empty etoufee bowl next to the appetizer of fried pickles. Everything tasted good but the menu needs to be clear on exactly what you're going to get. Also that is small cup of etoufee was $15.
