"Sometimes you just want to walk into a dark bar where the staff knows you and warmly greets you, and the cocktails are perfection. The Windsor Mill Tavern is that place. This is old school service hospitality perfected. We don't go out often, but this is our go-to spot in town. It's a place that makes every date night better. We always sit at the bar, where we get to chat with some of the best bartenders you can find anywhere. For two people who have traveled the world and sometimes struggle to exist in a little town like Windsor, we are grateful that this place exists. I met a friend here to eat. the first was, this place is very loud. we had a hard time to hear us. I had a sloppy joe and a maul throw from the happy hour menu. it was good. Service is decent , relaxed surroundings..their food is good enough, however THE SALT AMOUNTS in the food is pretty much gonna help someone have a heart attack!!! which sucks because I’d really like to taste the food, not salt. OWNERSwould u please message me and let me know whenever you guys cut your salt usage. Way way way down so that I can come eat a proper meal, not a salt meal, at your restaurant, please!
