"We enjoyed an excellent dinner, again. Our two appetizers meat balls and fried artichoke hearts were outstanding. The portion size was just right, and the flavors were outstanding. Our mains bucatini, and chicken piccata, were excellent. The restaurant was about percent full and yet the service and noise level were fine. The owner wandered by to say hi and thank folks for their patronage, which was a nice touch. It was overall a terrific experience. Our takeaway is that Asti's has excellent food, very good service, and a warm and relaxing setting. The menu is diverse but not large, and it changes with the seasons; every item we've tried has been excellent. We occasionally wish for a few more choices, but are never disappointed with whatever we've selected. We keep coming back"

Two good friends, one driving from San Antonio for day in Austin. Decided on Asti for a late lunch. Sat outdoors and had two great meals. My waffles with quail were excellent and my friend liked her egg dish. Also enjoyed desserts! Couldn’t have been a better meal. And our waitress was so helpful with the menu and service! Definitely will be back soon
