"We went here with some friends for a nice night out. Once we were seated we were not acknowledged by the staff/waitress for 25 minutes. Once our waitress came over she kept interrupting us while we were ordering not letting us finish our sentences or our entire order. Another worker brought us our food, the food was very bland, two of our orders were not correct, but we were not able to tell our waitress because after taking our orders she never came back. Our drinks were never refilled, and we even tried to track down another worker. We saw the hostess refilling another tables water and we kept waving at her to come over and she made eye contact and ignored us. We finally had to ask for our bill and a box, that took another 15 minutes. By the end of our visit we were there for a total of 3 hours. That is unacceptable. For $162 plus tip the food/service was not worth it and we left feeling like we were treated poorly. It really sucked because we were excited for a nice evening out with our husbands."

I had the hummus appetizer Beyond Burger on a Gluten free bun; great food and service and nice to enjoy plant-based food in our travels! And then of course, the atmosphere and views in the atrium are stunning!

The atmosphere is worth coming for. A couple things on the menu were outstanding like the spinach artichoke dip, but the steak and burgers fell a little flat. Great service and enjoyed the experience! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View menu

My husband and I decided to sit in the atrium to enjoy the amazing space. We ended up just needing a light lunch and split the club sandwich with fresh fruit. We were both amazed by how good it was. The aioli spread made the flavors all come together and the fruit was fabulous. Our waitress Devan was AWESOME! She was super busy as the only waitress working and had many tables, but she took great care of us. We would definitely go back and enjoy more time in the atrium with a meal and drinks in the future. Had a Christmas Eve meal at this restaurant in the atrium of the West Baden Hotel. Terrific waitress and service, and a fantastic view of the dome with the large Christmas tree serving as a focal point for people milling about. The food was good, not great. I had been anticipating the French Onion soup and it didn't quite meet my expectation. The penne dish was rich and required a bite or two of the peppermint creme brulee as a refresher. The live piano Christmas tunes really helped to set a peaceful vibe. Eat here for the view and Sinclair's for the food.

We brought my husband's parents here for the Easter brunch buffet. Most of the food was wonderful. We love seafood and the oysters were of very poor quality and size. Everything else was good. We did feel that the price was a bit extreme for what was served. Also our waitress seemed to start ignoring us after awhile, empty ice tea glasses and dirty plates not removed; my husband and I removed the dirty plates to another table because no one came to clear them. Our waitress did show back up and very cheerful when it was time to bring the check. Overall good experience, but certainly should have been better for the price for four and the tip.

"The bagel sandwiches are fantastic, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, including vegan and vegetarian choices. I’ve heard some customers express disappointment about the lack of gluten-free options, but the owner has respectfully explained that all the bagels come from a local bakehouse, and it wouldn’t be profitable for such a small town to offer gluten-free products. I can appreciate that perspective. They’ve made an effort to find gluten-free alternatives, but nothing has met their high standards. I admire their commitment to quality, which sets their food apart from the processed alternatives you might find at a grocery store. All of their bagels are steamed, resulting in a wonderfully soft and warm texture, although they also offer to toast them, which is still delicious. The biscuits and gravy are absolutely to die for, too! Their coffee is the best I've had—better than Starbucks—with a diverse range of options and flavors. Don't forget to check out their amazing pastries as well. The staff is incredibly friendly and humble, providing excellent service. You can see that everyone is working hard to ensure customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is very clean and filled with local merchandise, including items from their own farm, showcasing their dedication. It has a charming small-town feel, enhanced by a delightful aroma when you walk in and soulful, jazzy music playing in the background. Each visit has been a wonderful experience, and I can’t recommend this place enough!"
