"This restaurant is very unprofessional. I placed an order through Uber Eats and was informed that they have their own delivery drivers, which is fine. However, I waited an hour for my food but it never arrived. When I called the restaurant, the person who answered told me that the delivery driver had already left with my order and assured me that it would arrive soon. After 20 minutes, I called again and was told that they had no information on the driver's whereabouts and couldn't provide any details on my delivery. It is unacceptable for a business to take customers' money and not fulfill their orders. Some professionalism and courtesy is the least they could offer."
