"Our experience with the server and the so-called manager was truly disappointing. Our salad didn’t arrive before our main course, and we had to pour our own wine multiple times. The manager never once stopped by our table, despite visiting at least three other tables in our area. He never inquired about our service. We have dined here several times and even hosted a party of 11 last month, but after last night’s experience, it would be hard to recommend this place to others. It's clear they need to hire quality staff. Additionally, we had to go find the hostess ourselves to be seated, as she never returned to assist us, claiming she had instructed the manager to seat us. It was evident there were serious issues with how things were being managed."

Overall, the food is enjoyable and the prices are reasonable. However, this time the penne vodka was a bit watery, which hasn’t happened before.

The manager was extremely rude he ignored us and when he finally spoke to us said we are trying to catch up I will come let you know your reservation isn’t till 8 it was 7:50 we sat at the bar and the bar tender ignored us for 5 mins and there was 1 other person there so we left. It was the worst customer service and we eat there fairly regularly just absolutely un except-able. We walked out.

We eat out frequently and have probably tried nearly every Italian restaurant in Las Vegas and Little Italy, NY. This was hands down the best Italian food I've ever had! I ordered the Chicken Marsala, while Karen chose the Linguini with Clams, and both dishes were outstanding. I also had the soup, which was incredible! This was our first visit, but Bistro 57 will definitely be our go-to spot from now on. It’s simply the best! Plus, the service was exceptional!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
