"This is the BEST location, hands down. They know what light sweetness truly means. Other locations can be heavy handed with the syrups. This location has the friendliest employees and best coffee. The sandwiches have always been sufficiently warm. I go here on a weekly basis for my weekly coffee and treat, and it doesn 't disappoint. It also has an aesthetically pleasing seating area. As far as the sandwiches go, I loved every one of them except the chicken and waffles. I also love every dessert I 've tried."

"Been here before, so this was the second time round and the food/service is consistent! Service is impeccable, good hard working folks here with no attitudes. "We dined on 4/21/24 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was fairly early so the restaurant was just right. Our server named Jaclyln was very friendly took care of us was quick on all our questions requests. We enjoyed her happy attitude. Our meal was cooked perfectly. The only thing, but not that important, was that we were just served with our salads glasses of wine. Another server from the kitchen brought out our entrees, which was rather soon! Anyway, it wasn’t the fault of Jaclyln as she helping another table. The restaurant wasn’t too busy so we were a bit rushed. All in all, we enjoyed the meal our server Jaclyln who made our experience a fun enjoyable one. She is an exceptional employee. I hope she will know about our comments. "

"I ordered the lunch special for pickup on there website and it said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I went in after 20 and the girl hosting said it would be 45 minutes until my order was ready. I then asked if I could pick up my order after I got off work due to the fact that my lunch break is an hour long and it took me 15 to get there. She said no. No compensation for what I spent on my lunch order. I just said not to make it and walked out. The food looks great but this left a pretty bad taste in my mouth so I definitely won't be going back nor speak highly of this place to anyone. to the owner: I didn't get mad. I literally just said, you don't have to make it and walked out. Lol, but your response and lack of ownership is incredibly telling. Even if it was a miscommunication. I'm glad I'm eating elsewhere. Have a good one."
