"We ate here on Black Friday with good friends for my birthday and were pleasantly surprised with our meal, the ambiance and the attentiveness of staff. There were so many things on the menu we all wanted to try so we decided to share several different apps and entrees. We had several different cuts of meat. One was served overdone and they promptly replaced it. Have to recommend the Elk as it had outstanding flavor. Pro tip: Ask for the zip sauce to try on a few of your savory bites! We sample a few different wines and ended up sharing a couple of bottles between the four of us. To top it off I was given a complimentary dessert for my Birthday. We will definitely be returning soon."

We host a holiday office party here every year and they do an amazing job. Highly recommend for private events or just a dinner out!

We started with a drink in the lounge before moving to our reserved table. Our experience was just as we anticipated from such a highly-rated restaurant.

The best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The Chilean Sea Bass was excellent, along with all the other food we had. Our waiter was magnificent, funny, and ensured the overall experience was perfect. We will be coming back. View menu

I ordered a well-done steak and requested it to be butterflied. The first steak arrived with blood oozing out, and the second steak was still red. However, the waitress was very understanding about the situation. The sides were tasty, and our desserts were delicious.

Got invited to dinner so i was guest for 730 reservation, Waited 2 hours for Luke warm food, potatoes were cold, ordered my steak for med rare, it came rare, didn't eat until 930, drinks watered down, stale wine. Always had to hunt waitress down. AND waitress asked for tip and bill payment in cash ON $300 food bill NOT GOOD!

The service and food was exceptional for our luncheon. The event was in a private setting and John (wait staff) and his counterpart responded to every need requested. The salmon was ordered by the majority of the guests and no complaints. I highly recommend dining here. Kudo's to Alexis for working with me. She was pleasant and patient. Can't wait to come back again! View menu

Attended a work Christmas dinner. There were about 18 of us. The food was great absolutely delicious. The service was less than stellar, but due to no fault of the waitress (Brandy). Someone in the kitchen screwed up my order, and my meal came out 15 minutes after everyone else's. If not for that they would have received 5 stars. Hopefully, my next experience will be better.

I had an incredible dining experience, made even better by the exceptional wait staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a lovely meal with fantastic food. The romantic atmosphere adds to the charm. My wife and I visited for the first time, and we were not disappointed at all. While it is a bit on the pricey side, you definitely get value for your money here. We loved it and can't wait for our next visit!

"Up until December of 2023, we would always give Bill 's perfect ratings across the board, but everything changed for us on my husband 's birthday on December 15. If you are wondering why it took so long for me to write about this, it 's because I had PTSD for several months, including trouble sleeping and anxity attacks. If you consider me to be overly dramatic, please read entire story before you decide. For the previous 5-6 years We had been coming to Bill 's at least twice per week. We had reserved our usual table for a very early dinner several weeks prior to my husband 's birthday. When we arrived, our table was occupied. When my husband asked about our reservations, the hostess told us someone else had reservations. We found this unusual, especially because we double check our reservations every week. So after being seated at a different table, we assumed the management decided to give our table away. But as time passed, staff members whom we were familiar with, came up and apologized, stating that the party sitting at our table, had just got up from their original table and commandeered ours without asking. Unfortunately, no one on their management staff thought to intervene. This greatly disappointed us, but we were willing to let it go. However, the universe had other plans for us! After ordering and enjoying our drinks, the very rude and entitled woman who had stole our table proceeded to get up and start yelling and pounding on our table. She said she had very good hearing and could hear us complaining. She told us she personally knew Bill (owner) and could buy our table if she wanted to. During this very public display no management intervened on our behalf. Our food arrived soon after, and I was shaking while I ate. We quickly asked for a to go box and ordered our coffee and my husband 's dessert to go. I had to leave the restaurant before they brought everything to the table because I was ready to start crying and didn 't want to give the horrid woman the satisfaction. Although non management staff showed their concern, I was shocked that at no time did management try to make amends to us. No free coffee or dessert, no discount, no consequences to the rude folks who continue to come back almost daily to continue their reign of terror. We have only come back maybe once per month since this incident because we still like to see our favorite staff. Jane, the bartender, nicely and graciously paid for our meal the next time we came in because that 's just the wonderful kind of person she is. But I didn 't want her to have to be the one to make up to us. She wasn 't even there the day it happened. So, in summary, I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the management and ownership of Bill 's. Once Jane eventually retires, we will be unlikely to return. Thank you for your patience in reading this entire account."

"Avoid this place like the plague. Racist staff, piss poor service, overpriced food and not a welcoming environment at all. For some reason, my mom decided to celebrate her birthday here last week and we had an awful experience from start to finish. For starters, they don 't allow outside cakes in which is just downright silly. No one is paying 10 bucks for a slice of that mediocre cake they have. It 's a birthday celebration, let people bring their cakes in. Then, the staff were standoffish and cold from the very beginning. When we got to the table we could feel people on all sides staring at us. I asked one of the white fellas who works there for a refill of water and he literally just stood there and stared at me like I had poop on my face. He definitely spoke English with some sort of European accent, so I know he understood me. Next off, me and my brother-in-law ordered the crab or lobster pasta, can 't remember which meat it is, but it 's the only pasta on the menu and it tasted dreadful. No flavour, not fresh, dry, etc. we both pointed this out to the server who just became very unprofessional and downright disrespectful about the situation. Saying it looks like you ate half of it already, but I can see what I can do now, this place charges about 50 bucks for pasta and gives you a portion size of like 250g. Me taking a forkful of pasta equals damn near half the plate. Ok, I let it go while he brings out the stuffed flounder which was meant to be my replacement. He brings it out with no sides that come with it. I go where 's the sides? He goes do you want them? Um no sh*t I paid for the meal I want the full meal. He goes and gets the sides like 5 minutes later. My mom asks to confirm that my previous dish was taken off and he says he has to ask the manager. Um, why would you not ask the manager before processing the replacement? I 'm not paying for two meals. Ok, he brings over the manager. A blonde white woman who comes off as if she 's actually going to try and rectify the situation. She listens to our story and literally says nothing in reply, walks away, but we did have the meal taken off so I have no complaint on that end. She 's rude, but effective. LASTLY, my sister covered me and my mom bill which was 350 bucks all together, and not worth it I might add. But, nevertheless she covered it and gave the waiter 350 bucks in cash. He comes back saying she 's 100 bucks short. My sister knows full well she handed him 350 dollars cash. He goes back and then conveniently remembers putting the cash in the wrong pocket shady, unprofessional, rude, overpriced, prejudiced. I wouldn 't send my worst enemy here. If you want some fine dining go to Andiamo or Kruse and Muer."
