"This place is take out only. They have a shaded tent outside and an air-conditioned room inside. I waited in line for 30 minutes with only 10 people in front of me and another 30 minutes for the food. I got a salad with salmon. The salmon still had the skin on the bottom which I didn't realize until I cut it all up. The salad minus the salmon was not great with mushy tomatoes. Not worth the price, which was $27!! My mom's $18 clam roll was pretty good, lots of clams. They should really consider having servers for better business. Lots of complaints about the line in the hot sun."

Whole Belly Fried Clams! Simply the best ever. We had to rush and got them to go. As she handed us the bag, the cashier wisely cautioned us, “Don’t close the bag or they’ll steam.” A veteran.? Bonus: the order came with slaw and a double shot of tartar sauce.

I ordered the lobster roll. Shockingly priced at $40. 95 percent of the filling was pieces of the chalky meat from the tips of the claws. Terrible texture and taste. If you want good lobster rolls go to Second Beach in Newport, 2 for $30. So called clam cakes had a gummy texture and barely a piece of clam in them. View menu

This place is insane. $26.95 for a crab cake sandwich. $80 for a stuffed lobster. The cashier and window servers are very old, not at all attentive, extremely slow and wander off often. This place is a terrible waste of time and money. Look at these pathetic excuses for a stuffie at $8.95 for 2... What a disgrace to Rhode Island.

Took my mom for the first time...she LOVED IT...she had the new england sampler...a cup of chowder,3 clamcakes and a stuffie...she was in heaven...Our friend got the Lobster roll and IT WAS HUGE!!! Unfortunately i did not get a picture, he already started eating it, next time I'm getting one. We split some clamcakes and I had the lobster bisque which is my favorite ? OUR go to place in the summer....short line and plenty of places to sit and eat.
