"This was my third visit to Louie's, and once again, dinner was perfect, just like the last two times. From my experience, many restaurants in the Poconos are more casual and less refined compared to those in New York City. However, if you're seeking a fine dining experience in an environment that isn't too formal or stuffy, I highly recommend Louie's (my other favorite would be Windsor at Skytop). The steaks here are outstanding, and the Chicken Florentine, which is stuffed with spinach and cheese, was absolutely delicious! The full bar adds to the atmosphere, with happy patrons enjoying themselves, laughing, and sharing stories. I can't wait to return next time—I really hope this place remains open forever!"

It has a sophisticated old-school atmosphere, and while the prices are on the higher side, the experience justifies the cost. The restaurant isn’t very big, so be sure to make a reservation. Not really sure where to start. The place is overpriced for the quality of the food that is served here. I ordered my steak medium and it came out rare. The same with the other two people in my party. The steak also had a really funny and indescribable smell to it. I don't know if it was the seasoning they used or aging process but it was very unappetizing. The baked potato was overcooked and dry. The only saving grace is the staff were incredibly nice. The quality of the food does not match the price.
