"The website is deliberately misleading, and it completely ruined my trip to Fredericksburg. I purchased 8 tickets for the harvest festival, only to discover that they were for the Bryan, TX location—three hours away—while all my hotel and other bookings were in Fredericksburg. The website allows you to click on the Hill Country location, but all subsequent prompts for purchasing are entirely lacking in specified location details, making it seem like you're selecting the Hill Country event you initially clicked on. Every step of the process feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead you, with a prominent listing of various harvest types alongside the phrase “Hill Country Harvest Festival.” The fact that almost all harvest events are in Bryan, Texas, except for the one on September 1-2, is buried in the fine print. I have little hope for a refund and expect that management won't take any corrective action. However, I will update if they decide to do the right thing and issue a refund instead of keeping nearly $400 of my money, especially since there was plenty of notice and time to authorize a refund with the event still a month away. The emphasis on "no refunds" for the tickets now makes sense. I genuinely feel scammed and taken advantage of by this greedy company."

This was my first-ever wine tour and tasting, and it was an incredible experience! I loved learning about the history of Messina Hof, and having the chance to sample wines I hadn’t tried before, along with valuable insights and tips, was fantastic. Charlotte was outstanding—extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I was amazed at how she could share such in-depth information without stumbling over her words or forgetting anything. Nathan also joined us on the tour and was very well-informed about the nuances of wine.

My husband and I made a stop at Messina Hof Winery. We were greeted with beautiful scenery and pure kindness. We had our 3 kids with us and they were given the same treatment as we were. There is a large pond with tons of turtles just behind the tasting room. The kids were offered cups of turtle food to feed them which made them feel special. Jadyn helped us out during our time there. She instantly struck up a conversation with us providing insight on Messina Hof wines services and available. She was very sweet and knowledgeable giving wonderful advice on their wines. Overall Jadyn made our stop a wonderful one.
