"A loud, tacky version of the beloved Fish Company. Waited for a table in the narrow, crappy area behind the (what we thought was karaoke) stage. Random ugly chairs and a table or 2. The live music by an older woman was kinda odd. If attempting to class the place up, it was a fail. Tried to get a beverage from the bar while awaiting our table. No such luck. They were very busy, so that 's a good thing, but no help from staff in obtaining service. Husband finally bullied his way in. The glass of Chardonnay was so very sweet, it could not have been a chard. Asked the table waitress about it, she said the color didn 't look right but didn 't offer to replace it. Waste of $18. Hit and miss on the food. Had a poblano cheese appetizer that was good. My fish was very good. No complaints from daughter on fish n chips. Hubby had steak and lobster. Neither were great. The lobster tasted like dirty dish water. I 'm sorry to sound so negative. It 's getting 3 stars because my meal was good. Service and ambiance a fail. We the Fish Company, but this off the hook version, in our opinion, has great potential but was a flop."

The food was exquisite, the drinks were exceptional, and although the clientele was primarily older, it was still a delightful restaurant to enjoy a meal.

This is a fantastic spot for a lunch date. The music creates a lovely atmosphere, and the food is exceptional. I highly recommend the fish tacos and margaritas—they're both delicious!

10 STARS! I dined here this past weekend, and everything was fantastic! I tried so many dishes that I ended up stuffed. The clam chowder was the best I've ever had; the lobster roll was delicious, and the short rib sandwich was absolutely yummy!

I'm disappointed with the decision to place men's urinals in the women's restroom. The smell of urine made the experience unpleasant, and it felt like I was using a gas station bathroom while looking at a urinal. There was enough space to create a women's restroom with two stalls and a separate men's restroom. I can't support this confusion regarding gender designations. I won't be coming back again. Living in Kansas, I don't often get to enjoy fresh seafood, so I was excited to find some while I was visiting here! After exploring various options and reading countless reviews, I settled on a place called "Off the Hook." It certainly lived up to the hype! The food was even more delicious than it looked in the pictures. They also offer choices for picky eaters in your family, but make sure to ask for no parsley on the fries. I would definitely go back in an instant!

We absolutely adore this restaurant! There's another place next door called The Fish Company. Even though I was in the mood for crab, we discovered that they don’t serve it here, but the restaurant next door does. They graciously offered to let us take our drinks over there, which we gladly accepted. When we went to settle the bill for our two lemon drop martinis, it came to $54—wow, that's pretty pricey! It's an amazing spot, but definitely for those who are willing to spend a bit more. The food is exceptional!

Stopped in on a Sunday evening party of 3 no reservations was seated immediately, we sat inside, outside was a little crowded due to the live band. The employees were welcoming. Mitchell was our waiter he was great and suggested the tuna crispy rice which was a Amazing! The avocado rolls were okay really just cut avocado in fried shell, the crab dip was good for an appetizer. We had the lobster roll which was an explosion of flavors very fresh lobster. The salmon tacos were good as well again very fresh. I had a rum cocktail which was nice and refreshing. My over all experience at Off The Hook was a pleasure and I will definitely go back soon. This was my first time visiting the restaurant, and overall, the food was good. Ollie provided excellent service, but I did have some concerns regarding our waitress. Her hair could have been secured better; it really should have been tied back or covered with a net. The seating arrangement is quite cramped, which meant that when she attended to other tables, her hair was hovering right over my food. This was very uncomfortable for me. I believe management should be aware of the importance of preventing loose hair from getting into customers' meals. Each time she approached the other tables, it was upsetting to see how close her hair was to my food. This aspect definitely needs improvement.

Friday. Early Happy Hour. Met up with a former coworker. Arrived early. Lots of parking. That changed later. Sat at one of the booths in the bar. Know that there are two restaurants connected Off the Hook and the Fish Company. I wasn't specific and my friend took a minute to find me as he was looking for me at the bar at the Fish Company. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Pretty quiet at first however, by the time we left, it was filled up and getting loud. Everyone having a good time for Happy Hour. Includes drinks and food items. Service was great. Server was attentive, nice and fun. Both funny and professional too. Can't ask for much more in this department. The food was good. I enjoyed th...

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
