Pascal's Bistro - Menu

Absolutely incredible in every way! Best service around. Food was incredible and portions are perfect. It was my birthday and they made it feel very special. We had the NY strip and baked flounder and both were amazing.

Paschal, authentic French boss meets everyone at the table. He's gracious, friendly and just top-class. His employees are out, attentive to all your needs. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food is delicious and Chefs weekly specialties are perfectly paired with combinable secondary dishes and of course the perfect wine. My highest recommendations.

Great service and great food. A man dressed in white cook garb strolled about the joint checking in on folks. I?m guessing the owner. He showed genuine concern that we enjoyed the experience. Staff was polite and right on top of it. I had salmon which came with asparagus (a little too mature) and rice pilaf (a little too salty but hey I?m a low sodium type). Deserves 5 stars anyway. If I ever make it back here I?ll definitely eat here again.

Reservations a few days before Saturday night. We sat immediately and the staff was amazing and very hesitant. The food, drinks and dessert was also tasteful and there was real attention to detail. My husband got the roasted Cordon-Bleu that was melted in the mouth. I chose the fillet salad, which was tastefully delicate and absolutely amazing. We decided to take Dessert to go and was absolutely impressed by how wonderful it was. The ice and cream puppets.... Explosive taste! Next time we're in the area.

We came here on Thursday night, and we didn't need reservations, and we were sitting at 6:00. We sat outside and the weather was absolutely beautiful. It was a fall decor outside, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent and we had already expected a good $30 a plate for dinner, so I did not surprise. The cocktail that was a dirty martini was good, but my wife got her second, she changed it a little too dirty for her taste. The food was very good. It was fall decor outside which was a nice touch. The service was excellent and we hadalready come to expect a good $30 a plate for dinner so I did not surprises. Edit to update with a dinner trip. Normally we go for lunch but we heard the menu is different for dinner. Strongly recommend! We sat at the bar and the bartender was fun, she's awesome. I got the shrimp Rockefeller and my wife got the duck, both were fantastic. We were at the $30 per plate range. Neither plate was spicy (if you don't like heat) but both had tons of flavor. Definitely try one of them. I paired my plate with a Reisling which was a nice balance. Put on some business casual, though (khaki shorts are ok). So. I went to this restaurant on a Wednesday at the recommendation of a local patron who also accompanied me and assured me from his past experiences that this was a fantastic food experience/establishment. To start of I will say the owner who greeted us was very nice and accommodating as well as most of the staff. However the food left something to be heavily desired. I started with the tomato caprese salad. The tomato was not yet ripe at all to be served also the amount of oil that was on this plate pretty much was drowning the mozzarella and tomato.
