"We placed our drink and appetizer orders, but both took longer than expected to arrive. By the time we received our first starters, we were left with warm drinks that we were struggling to finish. While the staff cleared our starter plates, our waitress seemed to disappear. We waited an excessive amount of time for her, and she appeared unconcerned about the delay. Eventually, we had to grab her attention to ask for a second round of drinks. Unfortunately, that took quite a while too; the bartender ended up bringing our drinks to the table himself. To make matters worse, a loud man at the table next to us started shouting. He seemed intoxicated, and while we didn't care who he was, it was annoying to have someone yelling for attention. It looked like he might have been a regular there. My girlfriend found his tone particularly bothersome, and it seemed that he was either the owner or the manager due to his behavior. In summary, while the food was excellent, the service needs serious improvement. The quality of service should match the quality of the food, and given the restaurant's atmosphere, both should be on par. With better management, this place could reach its full potential. Overall, on a scale from one to ten, I would give it a six."

Delicious! This is definitely my new favorite restaurant! The crab fettuccine is outstanding, and their aglio e olio is incredible, especially for such a simple pasta dish. The calamari is delicious as well. I honestly want to try everything on their menu. Be careful, though—this place is definitely an Italian food lover's weakness!

We ordered the Crabby Fettuccine Carbonara and the Spaghetti with Porcini Mushrooms. The Crabby Fettuccine Carbonara was tasteless. Litterally no taste. The Spaghetti with Porcini Mushrooms was loaded with sand from the mushrooms. Thats just a sloppy kitchen not taking the time. It was like having dinner on the beach. Unfortunately a pretty poor experience for a high cost.

Fantastic! We were lucky to secure a table, but on Saturday at 6 PM, everything was fully booked. We ended up sitting at the spacious bar on comfortable stools and enjoyed some delicious cocktails. I had a delightful dish featuring shrimp in a light sauce, accompanied by asparagus, small pieces of mozzarella, and a variety of cherry tomatoes. My daughter had perfectly cooked lamb chops. Ive wanted to try Rein for a while and could not have been more disappointed. Sesame tuna was ridiculously overcooked to the point of looking like a well done steak, lamb chops were poorly butchered and difficult to eat, and vegetable accompaniments were undercooked and underwhelming. Pasta and brussel sprout appetizer were tasty, but not strong enough to overcome mediocre entrees and a tuna entree that couldnt be eaten. Rein is one of the pricier restaurants in our community and in my opinion a better meal could be had at a chain restaurant.

The food, drinks, and desserts were all absolutely delicious! We had two salads: the Caesar and the strawberry spinach, both of which were fresh and large enough to share. The Chilean sea bass and crab-filled sole were perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and complemented by delightful sides—definitely worth a return visit. For dessert, the cheesecake and lemon cake were so good that I might just order them as appetizers next time! Pairing them with some espresso and chocolate martinis, I would rate this place a solid 10 out of 10. This is a restaurant you definitely want to add to your favorites list. I'll be back for sure!
