"I really wanted to enjoy this restaurant, especially after hearing great things about their burgers. Unfortunately, the service was terrible, and the food was cold. It took an hour for our burgers to arrive, and when they did, they and the fries were barely warm. When our food finally came, we ordered another round of beers, but after waiting 15 minutes with no sign of them, I went inside to find our server and asked her to cancel the beers and bring the check instead. After another 10-minute wait for the check, I had to go inside again to settle the bill myself. It's such a disappointment that the server didn't coordinate with her colleagues to ensure our food was served hot and our beers arrived in time to enjoy with our meal."
