"Very nice, picturesque little restaurant in Downtown Davis. Exceptional food with exceptional presentation and service. We had perfectly paired the cheese plate with wine from our server proposal. It had the perfect combination of ivory and sweet. My daughter had Veggie Pesto Pasta (here Favorit) and I had the scallops over Risotto. The scallops were perfectly prepared. Nice night in Davis to sit on one of their outdoor tables with my daughter puppies. The owners even gave the dog something delicious. I highly recommend it!"

Really a delightful dining experience. The food and service were excellent. We dined on their back patio. We had the Salmon Carpaccio and the cheese plate, which paired together marvelously. For entrees we had the duck and scallops, both of which were cooked to perfection. The ambiance was delightful, and romantic, and it's a wonderful place to break up with someone.

Top notch food and service! Great atmosphere in a small setting. I ordered the lamb and it was cooked perfectly. We ate inside but they have a really nice patio that I think will try next time. This is a perfect place to take friends or your parents. They have a really great wine selection I enjoyed the Maulbeck. I highly suggest coming here if you can get reservations!

We? ve was here several times during our daughter?s college experience and it was always top notch. The dusted cornea was amazing and the healing butter I ordered was perfectly cooked. Took husband on a nice dinner date. We ordered crab cakes. They were rich in flavor and very savory! For entrees we ordered the duck breast and pork dish. They were both cooked to perfection and the texture of the duck breast was amazing. I loved the sauce on the pork. We also ordered iced, in house-brewed teas. Very romantic setting. Ideal for discussing relationship issues and romantic dates in general!

That was pretty great. It is expensive (and glad that the company of a good friend picked up the tab), but the food was exceptional, the presentation exceptional, and the service knowledgeable and professional. If it were absolutely necessary to come back to know everything from the appetizers to the desserts, the right attempt would be. Oh, and for some reason, the food came almost too fast. There was a magician on the back that had the timing perfectly down.
