"We have eaten here many times because my kids love one of the foods here, however, the service is very poor, and the manager and supervisor are very rude, JUDI is the name of a manager, very rude and arrogant; The first time, the restaurant gave me the wrong food to go. When I back to another hotel my kids have no food to eat and it's deep night time!!! The second time, last week, I paid for the food and went back late to PU the food. They said because I went back more than 2 hours, the food would be harmful to my Health so they threw away my food and no apology, no refund; This is really ridiculous!!! The management of this restaurant is a complete joke, I complained to the company about the restaurant, and no one seems Dealing with it, and no one has given me any feedback till today 9/8/23 However, the duty manager of the casino and the VIP duty manager have a very good attitude. this is the reason I give 1 start here; Or I give 0 star !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pleasant environment. Wide range on the menu. Typically for a casino restaurant, prices are on the high side. I had fish and chips, and thought the chips were good, but the fish was over-done and a bit greasy. I don't recall anyone in our group saying their meal choices were anything other than "OK we were in a group of 12 and our servers did a wonderful job so five stars for them! View menu

On a Tuesday night around 8 o'clock, my group of five experienced a 20-minute wait at a not very busy restaurant. We were seated by a waiter who seemed uninterested and took a long time to take our order. The service was lacking as we waited for our food, but when it finally arrived, we were thrilled by how tasty it was. We observed four other employees standing around without assisting our server, causing delays for other customers as well. The management needs to improve their organization and overall service.

I have to give this establishment 5 stars thanks to Ramiro Mateo, the gentleman busing tables. He is the sole reason for my high rating. Our server was nowhere to be found and never returned to our table despite us asking for her repeatedly. If it hadn't been for Ramiro Mateo, our experience would have been subpar. The server didn't even bring us the check; instead, it was the cashier who brought it after we waited patiently for 15 minutes. I'm not sure where our server disappeared to, but I highly recommend that management promote Mr. Ramiro Mateo to a supervisor or lead role as he truly made our dining experience exceptional.

My man and I love this place. We have been coming here for a year it is one of our favorite Friday night date night locations. We are not locals so we drive an hour or more every time to be here! The service never disappoints and we are never dissatisfied leaving! The food is always quality and so are the servers.. My friends and I decided to go to Good times cafe for our girls night and it was definitely a great decision. The food was really good, from the appetizer of breadsticks, to the entree I got, cajun chicken pasta. The portions are very generous and super tasty, the sauce was very creamy and delicious .
