"I?ve been to this restaurant several times and this place does not DISAPPOINT! I had the same first time experience like many people here in the comment and was truly off put by no substitution for any dishes and they won?t cook you a well done steak. Ifyou are a picky person or if you simply like your steak well done and no other way, this is not the place for you. EverythingI?ve had is creamed based and spicy, two things I really love! Their drinks are also to die for. I?m a huge fan of the cucumberfizz. The 16oz NY strip, Joey spicy chicken cutlet (special), eggplant stack and the loaded mash is delicious."

Decent food, but terrible service and the bartenders are very rude. Service is very slow and the servers are inattentive.

45 minutes for a cold crab appetizer and 65 minutes for the meals. They said they lost the order ticket. Place was empty with a full kitchen. Food was good and they bought the meals and drinks so that was appreciated after their mistake. Gnocchi and halibut were excellent.

Service was Mediocre. I like my steak well done. I understand how a chef would he appalled by that, but as a paying customer, I would think they would want to cook it to my liking. But No, they will NOT cook past Medium. Ordered chicken parm instead.Almost no sauce on it. Wasn't feeling it. My husband ordered a veal chop and was quite pleased with his meal.

I thought the service could be better.we have been going to Martoranos for a while but something is weird last night. We had 2 waiter but yet our water glass were empty.our dinner took a while and when dinners arrive,only my husband pasta. I waited on my halibut.. So not sure what was wrong but we keep seeing one of our waiter talking to the manager like there is a problem. Anyways The Food is good so. View menu

They had ate table ready and the hostess was wonderful , unfortunately the 2 waiters were not as good. They never checked up on us until we were done. Our food took 40 minutes to come out and the food was great. We could not even hear the people next to us as it is so loud in there you could not hear the wait staff hardley at all. The mashed potatoes came out when we were done with our dinner. The prices are a little expensive.

Unfortunately, my wife’s steak was medium well done and she asked for it medium rare, but did not want to complain because we did not want to wait for another one to be made. My meal, which was the special with crab and shrimp over linguine, was very bland, it needed some cheese maybe hot pepper seeds some kind of seasoning. The stuffed hot peppers were great as was the spinach and Keylime cheesecake. The service was also excellent.
