"Never disappointed with this local favorite. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is attentive, accommodating, and easy going. The owner and head chef, Eric, sources local fish and small farm meat as much as possible. The wine and beer list is diverse w/a wide price range, and a nice selection of the wines by the glass. Beer on tap changes seasonally. The tried-and-true menu is accompanied by daily specials. If you are new or visiting the area, this is a MUST visit. My most favorite dish is the Adriatic Stew, a delicate broth, paired perfectly with a generous mix of seafood. It serves as a main course if you share an app (the crab cakes are scrumptious . My guy loves the meatloaf stack. Note: During Covid, when restaurants were closed or curbside-only, chef Eric maintained his supplier relationships, offering weekly pickups of seafood, chicken, meets, and staples like butter, eggs, wine and beer (def Covid staples! . It was a memorable highlight from a tough time. We got to make great meals at home, and were so grateful for this service."

This photographer is the best I have ever had. She was very nice to me and the photos turned out even better than I expected. I would definitely recommend her.

I needed Canadian passport photos and since I was working in Gloucester, I decided to try this place out. The ladies there did an excellent job and my passport photos were approved...

Firstly, the service is amazing and they welcome you with a warm bun and butter. All the dishes we tried were delicious, definitely try the special menu. A lot of variety with fresh ingredients. We had a pleasant dinner

The popovers set the tone for a fantastic meal we loved everything we tried including the bread pudding for dessert! Loved the local sole special and duck breast. The staff was also extremely friendly! Highly recommend and would come back. View menu

I needed to get my Canadian passport renewed, so I searched for a place to take a passport photo and found that Double Exposure was the closest option. I checked their Yelp review and it was positive. It turned out they did an excellent job on my photo.

Amazing food great services. This was our first time at the Passports and we had a wonderful time dining here. They serve the best fresh seafood. The food can?t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food.

After walking in, we decided to try this restaurant based on the recommendations of others, especially my picky eating friend. It turned out to be a fantastic experience to end the day. The food was cooked perfectly, although I will mention that the music playing was not suitable for families with children. However, it seems like the restaurant caters to a more chic, hip, and modern crowd rather than families. View menu

The whole food was incredible, from the chicken roll to the bread they served, to our two entrées. But the service left much to wish. It was my birthday, and that our waitress could not have been more rude or could not give up our table. Not only because of my birthday color, but especially when we ask for alcohol-free drinks, how it was a very controversial one. I'm not sure why she had a bad day, but it had nothing to do with my late lunch.

During our first visit to Gloucester, the Maritime Museum recommended Passports to us three girls for lunch. We were thrilled that they did! The fresh popovers were a delicious surprise, and the half Caesar salad was the best I've ever had. The salmon and Albacore tacos were also quite tasty. The shrimp quesadilla was wonderful, and the service was excellent, even on a busy Friday afternoon. Overall, this was the best food we had during our trip to Massachusetts so far!
