"I enjoy this place because of the ambience. It has a really tall ceiling and noise is minimal. The tables are well spaced. It's kind of nice eating at the museum. The food is just OK. It seems pretty clear a lot of the stuff is made ahead and served when ordered (deviled eggs were a little hard and too cold from fridge). The cake for desert was a little hard and cold too. But overall the food is decent and the ambience makes it a place I will return to."

The Cafe Carnegie was a perfect start to a weekday holiday visit to the Carnegie Museum. Friendly service, excellent food, and a perfect lunch experience. The Cafe Carnegie has become a favorite. There is always something new on the menu too.

When I am in the mood for a relaxing brunch with friends, I always choose Cafe Carnegie. Making reservations ahead of time helps avoid waiting. Parking is easily accessible. The service and food are consistently good. The atmosphere is both inviting and elegant.
