I had beer and appetizers. beer was cold, eating was excellent and the music was funny! plan to go again!

Food was good really small portions but they charged like a huge plate if you ordere a coke they will give you a glass full of ice a shot of coke and there's no free refill otherwise great customer service,

The server was very friendly and efficient the prices were a little high however none of the staff wore mask or coverings over there face. If masking is important to you this is not a place you may not want to visit this establishment View menu

Had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Chops Bistro Feb 20th. A table of 16 which is not an easy task!!! The services was beyond for this large group The food exceeded our expectations!!!!Cocktails, the wine and desert superb!!!Thank you to the staff for making our night dightful!Obviously would recommend as you are wined and dined deluxly

I would like to give special attention to the wait staff… my waiter was quick to attend to our table with beverages and gave updates on our very late dinner. however, the meal wasn’t worth the $. The shortage of kitchen staff caused our meal to be 45 minutes late, and the food was mediocre. The white rice was clearly undercooked, breaded shrimp was oily, potatoes were greasy. I will most likely not return nor recommend eating there.

What an amazing experience! This restaurant is definitely worth a trip from Portland. Our waitress was lovely and the atmosphere was unpretentious. The food was simple but excellent. I had the steak with chimichurri sauce and it was absolutely amazing. My wife had a salad and clam chowder, both gluten-free and made with a coconut milk base that gave them an out-of-this-world taste. Our friend ordered the Wagyu burger and loved it, along with the perfectly cooked fries. The quality of the food was so high that we expected the bill to be much higher than it was. The dining experience was okay, I suppose. There was a loud individual in the entrance area who was speaking very loudly and it was quite annoying. After about a minute, I had to take his call which lasted for 27 minutes. To my surprise, the restaurant even served him a beer in the entrance area. I asked the server who he was and learned that he was a regular customer who sometimes helps out as a server in exchange for free beer. It was not a very classy situation. It was supposed to be a special occasion for us, but it turned out to be the worst dining experience ever. My partner and I drove down from Portland and made a reservation here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. The dining room was not crowded and the restaurant was relatively quiet. However, we waited almost an hour and a half for our food that never came. Our server was nice and it wasn't her fault, but after an hour and a half, we were told that our food would be another 20 minutes because they had not even started our order yet. No other tables had been served. We decided to leave and had to pay for our drinks. It would have been nice for them to at least comp us for our time there. Unfortunately, when we left, every other restaurant was either too busy or closed, so we had to go to a groce...

This letter is to first compliment Riley for her superb customer service the night we discovered Chops! What a delight it was to be met at the door by her, with: “Jim?” And then ushered to the “intimate” table my husband had earlier requested. It was my favorite: right in front of the Christmas-decorated fireplace, and there was even a Christmas tree with all its lovely trimmings!Then the Amazing happened! From our Cocktails, to our Appetizers, to our Salads, to our Entrees and even Desserts! We were blown away!
