"Johnny Costas is one of the most consistently excellent restaurants in Palm Springs. We have dined there many many times over the past 16 years. We went again last night and every sip and bite was superb...better and less expensive than many other fine restaurants in the valley. Bar drinks are generous and good. Salads and soups are delicious. Pastas are done perfectly. The chicken piccata is a favorite of ours and many guests we have had join us at Johnny's. The environment is quiet and relaxing and the service is always friendly and efficient."
