"We are big fans of V&A's and often dine there. The food has always been reliably good, but last night was a different experience. We were seated in a very noisy room with large groups, despite it being our anniversary. Every course took far too long to arrive, and our drinks went unrefilled even after we asked for more. The shrimp were overcooked to the point of being burnt. I really hope this was just a one-off disappointment."

Been to the Houston location numerous times but first time in Lake Charles and it did not disappoint in the least! Outstanding food, service and ambiance! Waiter helped with a great bottle of wine, everyone needs the steakhouse chopped salad and the augratin potatoes in their lives…

Initially, we were seated in a secluded back room on our own. We requested to move and ended up sitting at the bar, which was perfectly fine. We started with the lobster bisque, but unfortunately, it had an unpleasant soapy taste. We won't be ordering that again. However, we plan to give the restaurant another chance sometime in the future.
