"This was my first time here since they opened; the old menu did not appeal to me at all. They have a new menu and it has multiple items that caught me eye. I live downtown so I eat out times a week. Linear is not what I call a downtown GR restaurant because it is a long walk to get there. Parking...not so good; I had to walk two blocks to get there after I parked. Once ride-shares start back up it will make it much easier. Salad was superb and they easily honored my request for all romaine. I had the beef stroganoff and it too was very good (provided me two meals). I kept room for the cherry bread pudding and I am so glad I did. I will be back. It was like a first date after the long shutdown. We had an outside table overlooking the river. Great meal. Jenna was a big server. I couldn't be happy anymore.

It was their second day open after quarantine and you’d never know. Service and food was amazing as always. All necessary precautions were taken by the restaurant and staff and we felt comfortable and safe dining there.

First time here and won’t be the last. The staff was friendly and very customer focused ... the managers were always circulating and checking in with their guests. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was amazing. Sitting outside on their back patio is definitely the way to go!

This was our first visit to Linear, and it won’t be our last! The wine selection was great. Standouts for us were the grilled avocado salad with red pepper sorbet and the cherry bread pudding for dessert, but we enjoyed it all. And on a beautiful evening, the patio overlooking the river is an amazing setting!
