"This is my 'work lunch ' treat to myself. They have really good sandwiches, and huge portions. The full sized BLT or whatever they call it is large enough that you can eat half at lunch and take the other half home. I do sometimes feel that they aren 't paying attention to their orders. I one time ordered a sandwich with a substitution. It came out wrong and the waiter said something to the likes of , oh sorry I just had 12 rubens come out, didn 't mean to get one of them wrong."

The meal and service were great, and they have a fantastic selection of beers. I was part of a group of seven, and I absolutely loved the tuna. My only disappointment was the automatic 20% gratuity that was already included in the bill. Isn’t the whole idea of tipping supposed to be based on the quality of the service? It should feel like a personal reward for excellent service, not something that’s mandatory.
